Properties
Non-toxic and bitter taste. Melting point is above 92¡æ, and density is about 1.31. Insoluble in water but dissolves in benzene or carbon tetrachloride. Dissolves slightly in gasoline and ethyl alcohol.
Application
Suitable for natural or synthetic rubber. Safe during processing. Gives rubber products an excellent mechanical performance and good elasticity. Suitable for reinforcing the strength of tires, inner tubes or transporting belts. Also suitable for making rubber products associated with boots.
